The DIS DCS 6000 system from Danish Interpretation Systems is designed as a complete solution for conference discussion, voting and simultaneous interpretation purposes. In addition to providing a sound reinforcement system for the users it can be set up to manage conference sessions in different operating modes depending on the requirements of the users.

All digital
The DIS DCS 6000 system is a fully digital conference system based on an innovative technology and the first system in the market to handle up to 8 active microphones plus 32 different language channels simultaneously. All DCS 6000 system components are connected in the DCS-LAN with standard, thin and flexible CAT 5 cables facilitating the installation and maintenance.

User-friendliness
Although this system is the most advanced DIS system ever, the renowned DIS philosophy reaching optimum performance with a minimum of skilled efforts also apply for the DCS 6000 system. Just connect the DCS 6000 system components to the CU 6010, switch on the main power and you are ready to work. The DCS 6000 initialises and configures itself with pre-set parameters letting you work immediately.

Conference Management Software
For more advanced use the optional DCS 6000 Conference Management Software, SW 6000, enables extended control and enhanced features from a central pc or a client/server network. The SW 6000 supports numerous screen languages, delegate information, mimic diagram, microphone and interpretation management, system administration, multiple room selection, voting, agenda handling, messaging etc.

Portable or Flush Mount
The DCS 6000 microphone units, the DM/CM series are all in an attractive styling for the
conference participants. The portable units are designed for tabletop use with or without built-in channel selectors. The flush mount units can be equipped as you like. Both units are available as delegate (DM) or chairman (CM) versions.

Touchscreen
The latest addition to the DCS 6000 system is the DC6990P - the first conference unit ever with a built-in touchscreen. Its innovative colour touchscreen puts new vistas of information at your fingertips – quickly and easily. The DC 6990P allows meeting participants not only to hear what’s being said, but also to request and view the meeting agenda, speech times, supporting data, delegate information, messages and much more. Even vote on proposed resolutions and see the results onscreen.

Simultaneous Interpretation
The Interpreter Set – the IS 6132 is a compact multi channel interpreter set designed to provide all the facilities needed by an interpreter. The ergonomic design is a result of many years’ cooperation with experienced interpreters worldwide.

The unique digital DCS 6000 system provides 32 channels with excellent audio quality. The digital infrared language distribution ensures a good audio coverage and wireless receivers in an attractive and stylish design.
